CHORIZO AND BEAN TACOS
- 1 lb.
- canola oil
- refried beans
- 2 cups
- corn or flour tortillas
- 8 ct.
- Cook the chorizo in a pan with a little oil over medium heat.
- When you begin to see it caramelize, add the beans and allow it to sit for 30 seconds.
- After the beans (refried) begin to steam, slowly beat them with a spoon and when it begins to smell remove them from the heat.
- Heat the tortillas, and fill with the mixture.
- Serve with your favorite agua fresca!
