shrimp, cooked
2 lbs.
small red onion, thinly sliced

fresh jalapeño, seeded and minced

cucumber, peeled seeded, thinly sliced

cilantro, finely chopped
1/2 bunch
limes, juice only

Easy Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine shrimp, onion, jalapeño, cucumber, and cilantro.
  2. Add lime juice and Clamato; toss to mix well.
  3. Chill in refrigerator 20-30 minutes.
  4. Serve ceviche cold with tostadas or saltines.
