pickled jalapeños

sour cream

butter
mayonnaise
mustard

Easy Directions

  1. Cook the chorizo and break it up, then cook the slices of ham with oil and leave it to simmer. In the same pan cook the onion and heat up the carnitas.
  2. Spread butter on both the telera halves, next put mayonnaise and mustard on each side. Put the carnitas on first, then the ham, then the cheese, chorizo, tomatoes and one teaspoon of sour cream
  3. Serve the torta with the pickled peppers and the carrots
