Handmade using stone ground masa prepared fresh in-house, each tamal is filled with perfectly seasoned ingredients and cooked to achieve rich, savory flavor in every bite. At Northgate Market, our masa is crafted by skilled tortilla artisans using the most traditional methods and the highest quality corn, proudly sourced from Mexico. Ground throughout the day on volcanic stone from Puebla, this traditional stone-grinding technique preserves the rich flavor and authentic texture that define our tortillas, chips, tostadas, and masa. Always fresh and made daily, you’ll find a variety of options and seasonal favorites like corn, pineapple, and pumpkin.
Baked daily, our freshly made sweet breads are waiting to be savored, along with our signature cake options, perfect for any occasion.
