
1. Heat oil in a cast iron pan and cook onion. Add Northgate Market Pork Chorizo and cook until it’s lightly fried. Set aside.
2. Add Adobera Cheese Navarro® and Gouda cheese to the pan. Bake in the oven until the cheese melts.
3. Take the pan out of the oven, add mezcal, and flambé. Add Northgate Market Pork Chorizo on top of the cheese dip.
4. Make tacos and serve with guacamole.
