
1. Blend chiles, garlic, onion, garlic salt, oregano, cumin, orange juice, mayonnaise, and pepper.
2. Clean the Large Mexican Shrimp and brush with the salsa.
3. Place the Large Mexican Shrimp on a skewer and cook over direct heat for 5 minutes. Turn around and cook for 5 more minutes.
Serve the shrimp with white rice and salad.
