Camarones al Mojo de

Try these exquisite shrimp with garlic mojo sauce, as well as being delicious they are very easy to prepare. You will not be able to resist the combination of butter, garlic, shrimp, parsley and a touch of lemon.

Ingredients

• 3 tsp of Butter
• ¼ cup finely chopped Garlic
• 1 Kilo Medium Shrimp (clean and shelled)
• 3 tsp of Butter
• ¼ cup of finely chopped Parsley
• Salt
• Lemon

Decoration
• Parsley Leaves
• Lemon

Directions

1. Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat, then add the garlic and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes, being careful not to burn.
2. In the same skillet, add the shrimp, mix and cook for 5 to 7 minutes. Add the parsley, season with salt and pepper and mix until everything is integrated. Finally, add the juice of half a lemon.
3. Serve in a deep bowl and decorate with parsley leaves and lemon slices.
